Shelli Welch

Office Manager

Shelli is the Swiss Army knife of our office. As the office manager she keeps everything running smoothly, easily handling anything from troubleshooting technology to keeping us fueled on plenty of caffeine. Every day Shelli solves problems, puts out fires, takes care of details, and gives a friendly welcome to our guests. She works on a variety of projects with the internal team, ranging from marketing to research.

Joining us with a wide range of experience, Shelli has worked for companies ranging from education to retail, insurance to recruiting. She obtained her Marketing degree (with honors) from Franklin University, and has a degree in Business Administration from the University of Cincinnati.

In her free time, Shelli enjoys reading, boating, gardening, and cooking. Watch out--she grows her own jalapenos! She stays active in the community by volunteering for various organizations such as coordinating Middle School Soccer in New Albany, animal related charities, and the New Albany Women’s Network. Shelli’s true passion is traveling, and she’s always dreaming about her next trip. Shelli lives in New Albany with her husband, 3 daughters, 2 dogs and a cat.
